Disgusted in Discovery medical scheme

I want to give 0 stars but there isn't an option for that. I joined Discovery keycare plus about 3 months ago. What a ******* medical aid. It pays for nothing, not even PMBs. Tonight I went to a hospital on the network (Louis Leipolt) and had to get turned away and sent to a government hospital as Discovery refused to pay for my much needed procedure. I have a breast abscess, which is large and inflamed. The dr's wanted to drain it but the medical aid refused to give authorisation. The infection in my blood in high, yet Discovery does not care if my abscess bursts and I get septicemia. They happily take their installments every month but don't cover anything. So here I sit in a government hospital waiting for what could be hours to be seen to. I thought I had peace of mind with Discovery but I was so wrong.
