Disgusted in Discovery

I am beyond disappointed with Discovery. I am on a waiting period which I don’t quite understand due to the fact that I have always been on a medical aid. However, I have access to the prescribed minimum benefits. I have severely degenerating lumbar discs with one of them pushing against my nerve sending shooting pain throughout my body. Over the past few days I have barely been able to walk, sit, or stand! I am in excruciating pain and they refuse to admit me. Doctors have tried to motivate why they believe I should be admitted...you know, a Doctor with a Medical Degree yet Discovery think themselves more clued up on the patient. I have been told sorry you’ll just have to deal with the pain for the next month. I cannot physically ****ing walk but don’t worry you don’t have to walk for a whole month. I cannot believe I went back to Discovery Medical Aid.
