Disgusted

I recently joined my Grandchild to my medical that I have been on for 13 years paying a high amount. Was told baby would be covered immediately. Submitted an account that I paid in full two weeks ago, being told I was going to be paid out today, now today I get told it won’t be paid due to the no authorization. I could only join baby once born and was told immediately she is covered. A person has baby in hospital now no authorization no payment. This is disgusting service to think I have told people to join was in the process of join my sons girlfriend, with this service I will never recommend Discovery I pay R10000 plus and this is the service I get. Will be looking for a new medical aid immediately.
