Why is it so painful to get an auth from your guys, and our calls are just disconnected & we dont even get a call back...Disgusted...I need urgent admission, I am trying for 2 weeks, I dont want a holiday

I got the Auth, but I was told i would get it via SMS & email as well. This was at 11:27. still NO EMAIL & NO SMS
