DISGUSTED DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

Just such poor service and compassion from Discovery. My Mom passed away 4 months ago and Discovery have sent a bill to my father for a claw back as she left the medical aid. Believe you me she didn't want to leave but she was ill and there was no choice. Discovery didn't have the decency to call my father and discuss the bill they just sent it. I have phoned them twice to discuss this bill and have heard 2 different stories the last one being the claw back as she left the medical aid. I first spoke to them on Thursday 14th Feb and they were going to call me back. No one phoned so I phoned yesterday and still waiting for a call back. Just shows no respect for there clients. My father has been with this medical aid for 17 years and this is the way they treat him. Just down right shocking.
