DISGUSTED DISCOVER KEY CARE PLUS

Pathetic service received i have been a client for many years and on January 2024 my payment was deducted R4251.90 which is not what was discussed with me what i signed up for was payment for R2031 on monthly bases i now get told this due to income verification my income is still the same my income has not changed or anything so who has the right to just deduct more then what was signed for im am DISGUSTED with Discover key care i did not receive any call i keep having to call waste my time and hold on for hours what has my bank statment and payslip got to do with this their are many customers in the same plan and yet they have not eva had issue like this who has the right to just deduct R4221.50 PLEASE EXPALIN
