Disgusted discory health and rynmed benoni

Very disgusted in discovery medical aid and rynmed rehab facility in benoni. My mom was admitted to rynmed about a month ago because of a because according to the letter discovery received from the dr a carer at home would not be sufficient in her healing etc. my mom has been in and out of hospital for the last three years now. Yesterday we were told by rynmed that she will be released today because discovery does not want to pay anymore. I contacted discovery and spoke to a justine who was very helpful and she also phoned the rehab who told her my mom was not fit to go home as they told me also. Rynmed was supposed to send through weekly reports on her progress and if she needs to stay longer etc. the physio even told my mom yesterday she is not fit to go home. According to justine no report or request for extension was sent through to discover this week. Rynmed and a woman from discovery named erica who is very rude had a meating and according to her my moms rehab has been completed. She works from home how does she know that??? Not her or judy from rynmed had any eagerness or anything to try and sort this out and send the letter through yeaterday as requested by justine for the extension of how long they feel she still needs rehab. Nothing was done from their side erica decided medical does not want to pay anymore and my mom is fine to go home. Which she is not. She is waiting for a built up shoe that she needs to learn to walk in which she hasn’t received yet and even that guy says how can they send her home before that. We don’t have a big enough place or finances to take my mom in and help her. That is why she was sent to rehab to help her but this is how she gets treated by people supposed to help and assist people who can’t help themselves. Very very very disgusted to say the least about all of this
