CLAWBACK R3000 - L.A. Health

My father passed away on the 15th July 2022.

Since then it's been like Sharks out there scavenging for anything they can get out of a DEAD MAN.

No one asked my father for money when my mother passed away 2 years prior to this, and she was also on his Medical Aid.

What is this R3000 Clawback. My fathers Medical Aid was taken off his Pension every month. Before he got a cent. It mostly went to this Medical Aid. I go to a Government Hospital (G.J. *****es) as I can't afford Medical Aid.

I am his (Executor) as his sole surviving child. I got this letter from the Courts. My father had no money to speak of. A lot of Old clothes and bits of Old Furniture.

I get a SASSA Pension and am battling to survive like the rest of the people in our country. After paying Lights & Water (of which we get very little, but the costs are astronomical).

I don't have a spare cent to my name.

This is the actual threatening mail I am receiving from them.
