Disgusted by the service at Discovery

I’m an existing discovery member,an expecting mom beeeen trying to call and to get an understanding of why my savings are being used instead of my benefits, and to also understand whether my baby can or will be covered for pediatrician during birth...... the last consultant I spoke to couldn’t answer me and decide to hang up on me, totally unacceptable
