Disgusted and unfairly treated

<p>I joined discovery and disclosed that I've got bipolar they quoted me including all my chronic illnesses. I've submitted motivations twice and both times they decline approving my pmb medication. I'm hoping that they will see this and resolve this issue. I'm highly disgusted in their service and that they are willing to take my money and I still have to pay all my medication. I'm disgusted in them but nothing seems to help I've phoned hundreds of times and spent hours on the phone but I never had this problem with my previous medical aid. I will take this to all social media networks as they just don't seem to care!!</p> <p> </p>
