Disgusted and shocked!!!

Choosing discovery has been the worst decision. I was admitted in hospital for a week. According to them, when you admitted into hospital, the benefits should come from the hospital benefit but NOT WITH DISCOVERY. Money was taken out from my saving and I am left with NOTHING. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I want to change my medical aid immediately. The invoices are not forwarded when there is a claim that goes through and I was absolutely shocked when I was told what my balance is. The 200% hospital benefit which you advised all about is not true, I am upset and disgusted . Is makes me wonder what will happen again when you go into hospital?? you can never rely on them. I WANT NOTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH DISCOVERY AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED IT TO ANYBODY. I want a medical aid that will be able to take care of me when I am sick and discovery cannot do that in stead will reap you off.
