Disgusted and disappointed

I had to wait for 3hrs with excruciating pain to get medical attention waiting for authorization from the medical aid, to make things worse I was told I wasn't going to get the treatment that the Doctor suggested because it wasn't authorized, I don't even have words to describe how I'm feeling, I'm laying in hospital and my Doctor is still waiting for authorization, the sad part is they denied the treatment he felt will be good for my condition.
