Disgusted !

Discovery health is pathetic for a health service provider ! If anything, your incompetence makes one sick ! In an emergency situation, what would ones priority be - call discovery for authorization, or rush your non responsive mother to the emergency room ??? I cannot fathom your principles. If you cannot understand nor respect basic humanity, then you are useless as a health service provider!! Will be moving away from your ********* service within this week! And will certainly be spreading the word as to how unreliable you are in desperate times
