Disgusted!!!!

Absolutely disgusted by how unprofessional discovery is and not helpful at all! My hospital authorisation was initially declined due anemia but doctors from two hospitals have told me I'm not anemic!!! And the condition I have has nothing to do with anemia so how can it be declined for something that does not exist??? I've sent through proof. I've sent everything I can to them, this is carrying on for 3 months and still nothing is being solved! Everytime I ask for proof on how they got to anemia its automatically sent back to the review team?? I feel like they robbing me! I have to do all the admin and spend so much money on airtime because they don't bother to keep you updated on anything! Yet every month they want to take money from me but nothing is getting solved! I want an answer on how your medical review team came up with an answer of me being anemic when there is proof I am not anemic??? Discovery keeps asking me for more and more information, they prolonging everything when the hospital keeps telling me that they have sent everything they can, why would the hospital hold back information when they need their money?? Yet discovery keeps wanting information from them! It makes no sense to me! It's such a waste of money, really unprofessional due to there being so much miscommunication. So dissapointed!!
