Disgusted

<p>I've been battling for 6 months now to get my medication on chronic going into the new year discovery still haven't approved my meds now it won't even go through on acute and the medical aid had gone up by R300 or so. They debit your account religiously but they offer nothing. This is not fair as we have appealed the decision 4 times and still nothing for a medical aid that's supposed to be the best they treat you poorly. What must I do? Do I need to move to another medical aid? I took this medical aid declaring all pre existing conditions they accepted and since then nothing. I'm truly disgusted at the way I am being treated and out of R1800 bill they only pay R 300.... How can I sort this out can anyone give me advise on this?</p>
