<p>Please refer to my complaint on your website yesterday reference ********** 399. Its been over 24 hours and I have still not received a reponse from anyone. I need an urgent response please before Thursday the 27th Oct!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Im sorry but this is just not good enough. Its all good an well that you have rep**** to my complaint. But I have not recieved a phone call from discovery since Monday to advise what is gpoing. I have an appointment booked for Friday already and not cancel it so this better be sorted out asap. I would like to be contacted immediately and this sorted out like yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I had made the complaint on your website on Monday - it said I would be contacted within 24 hours its been way more the 24 hours - this is ridiculous.
