disgusted

Last year I was admitted to hospital which led to many *****ing and probing and a few trips to the theatre. It was a horrid experience this morning an email was sent to say that discovery only paid the scheme rate which i understand. I enquired why the bill wasn't paid in full.After the doctor sent a motivational letter stating it was a life and death emergency.discovery defined the claim stating that it was planned.Please explain how a life and death situation is planned. Very disgusted in the way my situation is being handled. Especially knowing my history and that I'm not ****ing using my health as a damn joke.
