Disgusted

Submitted a specialist authorisation to Discovery on the 11 Nov 2015. Called to follow up on 13th - still pending. Discovery sent a form to my GP that she needed to fill and send back. This was done on the 16th. Called to follow up on the 16th my case was handed to forensics as they suspect non- disclosure. Was assured feed back within 8- 16 working hours. The Pain was so bad yesterday I had to go into casualty. Was put on a drip that only offers relief for 20 hours. In the mean time I had made a appointment with the gynae for tomorrow at 10h00 thinking it sufficient time until I receive authorisation. Called Discovery today. Spoke to a supposed manager Alicia who hung up on me whilst I was venting. Wonderful managerial qualities! So do I suffer in pain whilst Discovery drags their feet in either approving or declining this? Pathetic service from a so called reputable company. I WANT FEEDBACK TODAY!!
