Disgusted.

My company has taken over my medical aid so I pay this from my salary now. For the past 3 months these *******s at discovery keep suspending my account. Taking triple off my personal account whilst being paid through my company. I am on chronic medication an very sick. I have had to fight them for 3 years for my medication now after 3 months of fighting cos they don't know how to do their job they keep suspending a much needed medical aid. Discovery is the worst medical aid going an clearly have very *********** staff working for them. I spoke to them on the 1st of this month after cleaning out my bank account and told them best not suspend my account. They confirmed funds were recieve do through payment from work now I get an email it's suspended. How do we stop discovery from doing this to us all the time. You are there worst company to deal with and its sad how many people suffer or pass away due to your incompetence.
