Disgrantled member:Unpaid medical bill/consultation fee

I had a claim rejected whilst I have funds available on my extended benefits. The consultant told me that I couldn't not use the extended for all the consultation.

My child needed the session and I booked knowing that I have funds available. To be told that the service is an auxi****y and not covered on the extended benefits left me in awe.

I am sitting her at the Dr 's room embarrassed. Who is going to settle this bill.
