DISGRAFUL & DISGUSTING SERVICE AGAIN.....

I sent 2 request for specialist consultations requested by my GP, duly filled, signed with codes you name it.

One came back immediately approved.

The other one comes back saying my scheme doesn't allow for specialist consultations or such other story.

I know what my scheme covers that what they approved the one with a reference number how come the other one on the same basis is not possible.

Like ALWAYS WITH DISCOVERY *****ING FROM OUT BIG TIME.

and as for their magnificent service to clients I queried it 4 days agar and still WAITING FOR A REPLY, maybe this get's them going.

DISGRACEFUL HAVING TO RESORT TO THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN.....
