DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM A BIG COMPANY

Tried so many times to get a quote to take u insurance and the agents are so rude and cuts the calls!!! this is a easy sale yet your agents are so lazy to even try, my calls were less than a minute and all i asked was first for a callback in 9 minutes, which i never got back and the second and third time i asked if they could speak a bit louder cause the centre was loud and they cut the call on me and never phoned back.
