Disgraceful Service
Terrible phone service to start with, often dropping calls after listening to music for ages while you attempt to get transferred. If you do get through, the consultant promises to get back to you after taking the query. But they NEVER NEVER get back to you. So I buy R70 more airtime and try again. Same result for the last 6 months. I am pulling my hair out! Does Discovery management read these reviews, or do they just not care?
