Disgraceful Discovery Interested in Bottom Line

October 13 I went to Olivedale Hospital because I had sustained a head injury which resulted in a deep gash. Because I live far and I was panicking because there was so much blood coming out my head I rushed to Olivedale because it's the closest hospital with an ER/Casualty. The disgraceful issue I'm experiencing is that they(Discovery Health) refuses to pay for the expense that occurred. It's absolutely disgusting! They should be ashamed of themselves! The gash I sustained resulted in three staples for heaven's sake. I have even checked their KeyCare Series Guide for 2015 and on page 20 it states \YOU MUST GO TO ONE OF THESE HOSPITALS FOR PLANNED HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS.IF YOU DO NOT USE ONE OF THESE HOSPITALS FOR A PLANNED ADMISSION
