Discvery Health Staff Service Disgusting

I called Discovery Health/ Medical Aid this morning regarding medication that needed to be added on to chronic for me.

I spoke to a lady called Francene after listening to a very long and useless voice recorded service.

Francene was not much better than the voice recorded service and dropped my call without even helping me.

I called back complaining about pathetic service received and the lady on the phone simply disconnected the call.

Clearly these people at Discovery don't value their jobs.

My medical aid costs me 12k per month and to receive this sort of service is absolutely disgusting.
