Discovey Health is only good on Paper. Feel like they are running a big **** instead of medical aid.

Been a member for more than 13 years and have never claimed for PMB and when it happened in December 2018 when my wife was hospitalized Discovery Health decided to give me a run around and avoid paying the claim. When I claimed from the GAP Cover provided by other service provider and the claim was rejected as it was declared as PMB. I forwarded the rejection email and then Discovery Health decided to pay some of the doctors and leave others unpaid. They even sent an email saying my issue has been resolved. I am a loyal member of Discovey products as I have taken life policy with then and paying over R2000 for it and I also took Pension annuity and paying over R4000.00 for it. I pay R7030 for my Medical Aid with them. I have received letters of demand for the unpaid bills and I am contemplating on canceling every contract I have with them as they are only good on the book but when it is time to pay, Discovey tries everything to avoid payment or to pay as little as they can. To me I feel like they are running a **** and we are being ****med right under our noses. Anyone who can recommend another medical aid that has ethics please send me your recommendation on ***
