Discovery.....WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!! JUST PAY US!!!!!!

Has anyone else noticed just how arrogant Discovery and their brokers have become. Have you tried to call your broker to discuss a problem lately, well do not even bother. They actually act and treat you like a third class citizen, it is as if they are you doing you a favor. Heads up!!!!! we pay you, you do not pay us. You call for help and your broker tells you to book an appointment, HELLOOOOO!!!!! other people work too Mr Discovery broker. I personally think that discovery have become so opinionated, and at the end of the day they are dealing with medical aids and with people that need medical help. The arrogance shows that these people and this company no longer care about people, they care about money!!!!!!!!!
