Dear Discovery, seems the only way for you to get up and do something is when I resort to social media so here we go again. <br> <br> I app**** for chronic medication on the 16th your turn around time is 3 to 5 days. It is now the 29th and I still have no response from you. Your call Centre is virtually useless because I get transferred from one *********** point of contact to the other. <br> <br> I am appalled at your lack of service and horrible treatment of clients. We pay exorbitant premiums every month for what exactly? You are the most expensive medical aid with the least amount of benefits. Even GEMS has a better offering than you. <br> <br> Thanks for nothing! Just a couple of weeks ago I had to take to social media for you to resolve an issue. Is this what service has come down to at discovery?
