ALSO i said i can understand under NORMAL circumstances the waiting period is reasonable BUT in an emergency they MUST be some concession. Now IF discovery had an interest in health and the health of it's members we would not be in this situation. this is why we left discovery, we had exceeded our self payment gap by 4000 and we were still not being covered. we left discovery and i removed my investment. discovery WAS, MANY YEARS AGO, interested in health - but the year on year performance proves they are more about amassing profits that helping the sick
