Discovery's WELLTH Fund is nothing but another opportunity for this scheme to break their own rules in order to ***** from clients

Discovery Health is a terrible medical aid scheme! While this company is always involved in daylight ******* against their clients they have sunk to new lows with their so-called WELLTH Fund. In a space of two months, Discovery Health has ****** me twice with regards to this. The first instance involved a payment for a dental check-up. This is something that I do every year, and Discovery Health always pays for it from my day to day cover. This year, when I submitted a claim they used a portion of my so-called WELLTH Fund to settle the bill. This was done despite my not having used the amount allocated for dental check-ups for this year. This is against the rules of the utilization of the WELLTH Fund. The second instance involved a claim for a minor medical device. This is supposed to be covered by the so-called WELTH Fund. However, when I submitted a claim they the ****mers rejected it. This medical aid scheme takes advantage of the fact that they are the biggest player in this space to rob people, they need to be stopped! The only people they are always eager to pay are doctors. When it comes to refunding their clients, for whatever is paid up-front, Discovery will use any excuse they can find to avoid paying. All of this is done while they are milking their clients dry the sky-high monthly payments. Discovery I need the funds you used from my WELLTH Fund to pay for a dental check-up restored and I need to have my very legitimate claim for a refund for the medical device paid. Stop abusing your own clients!!!
