Discovery’s Vitality program suspends payment of Cashbacks - be careful

Discovery operates Discovery Vitality in South Africa. It appears that Discovery Vitality have suspended payment of their Healthy Gear and Healthy Food cashbacks. I usually get paid mine around the 20th of the month. April’s payment still hasn’t been made. I have made 3 phone calls and have submitted 1 query via the website, but have yet to receive any meaningful response. The call center basically told me they have no idea when they’ll make payment, and cannot give any undertakings in this regard. They are very quick to debit my account with their fees though. Disgraceful. Maybe Discovery/Vitality are in financial difficulty?
