Discovery's VERY expensive non-action is costing me dearly

Discovery mis-spelled the name of a dependent and I'm finding it impossible to fix - have sent through the birth certificate and anything else required, but after phone calls, emails, promises to help, escalation to complaints - nothing has happened. The mis-spelling pulled through to an Emirates flight which is now wrong so I can't get a visa and Discovery isn't fixing the flight booking now
