Discovery's Unwillingness to solve problems

Nothing is final with Discovery Health, this problem is still not resolved. Spoke to Kirsten Kinsey who disappeared now because she is not responding to my mails anymore and promised me she will get back to me. This is now almost another month that I have waited trying to solve this problem. Please can someone call me that can actually solve my problem, I am so sick of lies and promises.
