Discovery's unfair and prejudicial decision to decline Medical Aid claim

My brother, Phumlani Sishuba who is a member of Discovery Health has been diagnosed with Kidney failure, and Discovery has refused to pay for his hospitalization and dialysis, citing non-disclosure. The kidney failure diagnosis was made after he joined the medical aid so he wouldn't have been able to disclose this as he had not been diagnosed with kidney failure when he joined the medical aid
