DISCOVERY'S MVP CARO DANIELS!!!

Firstly I must say I am completely amazed by the service I received from Caro Daniels.

I am not the easiest of people to deal with as I have very high expectations. I have been dealing with tons of companies who makes promises and never deliver.

Caro went over and above what is expected of a customer service representative. I have been in customer service, I have been in call centres and the service I got from her is VERY VERY RARE.

She has contacted my medical practitioner she has called me back when she says she will. she kept me up to date with the processes and what she has done.

I was actually angry at discovery for always short paying my claims, Caro has turned that around.

Thank you for the amazing service you have provided Caro I cannot express my gratitude.

I am honestly not an easy client to satisfy but you have really gone the extra mile and you had to WOW me to have me writing a review on this site.
