Discovery's Health App is useless.

Discovery claims they have this Personal Health Pathways. You have to complete certain actions and then you are rewarded for each. I activated mine and completed they actions, but then they just are not recorded or acknowledged. I emailed them, they did call back and they told me my wife's "account" must also be activated for my rewards to show! Nowhere am I told that or even how to register my wife on the Wealth App. I watched all their videos and/or help buttons. I called them twice today, and each time I was just cut off - once even before talking to an agent and once after I talked to one. I can help to conclude that Discovery does not really want you to get going or the people who prepared their website are absolutely ***********.
