Discovery's dispute system doesn't work

Don't ever expect a response from Discovery's dispute system. You will receive automated responses and that is about it. I received a phone call after my first email and a promise that they will get back to me. Two emails later and waiting their designated 2 days response time each time, and still they won't respond. At least their non response will help when I report this to the Ombudsman.
