Discovery"s disgareful effort at helping withthis crises

Inquired about help with monthly premiums I was told that to qualify for help a member needs to have a balance in last years Medical Savings Account. What a joke!!! how many people have this Well done Discovery You are really are helping with the crises What a disgrace!!!!
