Discovery's blatant errors

The most expensive medical aid around and if they can avoid paying for something they will. So my husband is diabetic and his specialist physician ordered him to do some blood tests which should of come out of his chronic allocation and not his medical savings account. Discovery charged my medical savings and if I did not query it, I would of been short changed by Discovery. They claimed it was an error, however I fail to believe it. Discovery has the history of the member and how do you make an error like this. Please check your medical aid statement and don't assume that these claims have been deducted from the correct allocation. Many members dont even know where these claims should be deducted from, hence their savings are depleted in the first 6 months of the year.
