Discovery your service sucks

I've requested statements for a dr - amounts not paid, to submit to my GAP cover. My email address on the system is currently not working, therefor I use my work email. Discovery refuses to assist if I don't verify info telephonically, I have no control as to whom i'm speaking with, so I refuse. They are welcome to send me an email to my company email to verify to get the statements, but they're not helpful.
