Discovery your service is pathetic & demeaning

To Whom it may concern

Please find the attached documents for Reversal of claim as I never did any test for the 4th of January 2021 and the Lancet statement proving no test was done but however the 2nd test was not provided for as medical aid advises 2 claims were already done and now Lancet has handed me over due to none payment from discovery for the 7th july 2021.

I’ve been trying to sort this out ever since the 29 of October with no luck as I’m being sent from Pillar to Post regarding the reversal of r850 which is to be paid by me to lancet laboratories , your service is pathetic & demeaning ….
