DISCOVERY YOU STIN****!

Cannot believe for the amount of money we pay to this organisation - they have zero compassion and do not individualise claims and treat their customers with the care they require. For Discovery rules are rules and there are no exceptions!!! Cannot believe they expect me to let my 21 year old daughter who has a severe needle phobia have an invastin injection into her eye in the chair fully awake and will not see the danger and stress that would be placed on her which could lead to even more damage done!!! Just makes no sense to me at all - they refuse to pay for hospital and anaethetist - you are heartless and I will not let this rest..........
