Discovery - you can do better !!!

Impossible to manage a personal contact with Discovery Health. Useless "bots" being presented constantly, it seems to me.. Local "agents" cannot assist either. Even to establish a relevant personal agent where-ever is an issue. Previous services rendered by Discovery Health were good. But this is poor show.
