Discovery you can do better!

So I received call from discovery due to my hello Peter comment and was promised assistance. This been at the end of November 2024. No feedback to date. I call today 12 December 2024 to be told by customer care the payment request remains rejected. Discovery has no decency to communicate feedback. They have all my details and have many means of contacting me. They refuse to pay for iron iv treatment the only treatment that worked after months of alternative treat because the Dr made the decision not to run bloods 2 weeks later on admission to hospital as my health continued to deteriorate due to low iron/blood levels. I almost lost my life in June 2024 due to major blood loss post surgery and have not been able to recover. My health case has remained delicate as I react to most treatment. The one thing that works discovery refuses to pay and now I remain afraid to be treated with possibility the medical aid refuses to make a payment. Like discovery why do we have medical aid if payment rejections remain on the rise. So many people are disgruntled with discovery. Why do we bother
