Discovery ,yet again

On response to your reply:Thanks for explaining as to why my application for my ex were declined.I've since contacted my broker on this matter and within two weeks after the decline,my ex were accepted.How can this be possible??According to Discovery,there were no decline??and membership was approved 01/02/2015.This after your e-mail informing me as to why my ex was not accepted.Please explain.His new inception date on my medical aid option was 01/03/2015.Which application did you actually decline??The one send to discovery during December2014??
