Discovery would rather let you die

I had a medical emergency, tried calling Discovery. No one who answered was helpful, they kept transferring me to some or other sales department. I contacted their Discovery 911, requested the option for trauma which according to their website is available at all hours. I was again unable to get hold of anyone. As I am typing this, I was transferred to Netcare911 who told me I have to wait until tomorrow to get hold of the Discovery Emergency Line. By tomorrow I would most likely already be dead. Their website is **********, their phone line prompts don't work, their customer service is non existent. I'm surprised Discovery still have members that are still alive
