Discovery would rather chuck the phone down in your ear than answer any questions

Here we go again. Another very unpleasant experience. EVERY SINGLE TIME I INTERACT WITH DISCOVERY. Just had the phone chucked down in my ear when asking the totally useless consultant for her manager.
