Discovery Worst Service from a Medical Aid

They double debited me without my consent, I called Monday and the lady said she can see a credit is due and they would call back on Wednesday.

They did not call back, I called Wednesday and now they say I have to wait 7 days for them to approve.

It is bad enough that they lie and are *********** but they contradict themselves as they say they can see a credit is due and then say they waiting for funds to clear even though they said they can see it has.

I said I have no money now and they need to sort it out straight away but have had no joy.

All they want is to take your money and deliver poor service.

Rather stay away from Discovery. They used to be a good company but now its all about making money, increase your premium take whatever money they want out your account.
