Discovery worst service

Worst service ever, never missed a contribution to this company however when they have to deliver, they turn you into a clown, running after them to do their job that you pay them to do, I'm so disgusted with this Discovery, claim submitted in February is still not paid, despite numerous attempts to contact them and get feedback, providing all the requirements they requested, I'm sick and tired of running after Discovery, where can I escalate this, I need to log a formal complaint against Discovery, can I go to the ombud
