Discovery Worst medical aid scheme ever

Hi my name is Chantal my husband is a member of discovery medical scheme, we were tested positive for the covid on the 28th of August, it was me, my husband and my 7yr old daughter. We contacted discovery to get our medication and it's now 1month exactly that we have not received the antibiotics, we have spoken to about 10 different consultants and about 4 managers who didn't even have the decency to contact us back, my husband ended up being admitted, even my pharmacist from dischem tried to get the medication for us but she was told it's not there problem she just has to wait. The last manager I spoke to named kressen Parmadyalan Govender was rude and he took off with me saying I'm running and speaking to different people about the situation, he had promised to get back to me from last week Monday but has not done that. Discovery is the worst medical aid and has the worst lot of staff, they have no ethics, no compassion, no sympathy all they there for is to get paid at the end of the day. What happens to people like us, reason being we still not able to go to work or school because we keep testing positive. People should think twice before choosing discovery.
